What Now?





In 1970, when Nixon expanded the Vietnam War by invading Cambodia, millions of people took to the streets, overturned police cars, burned buildings, closed down universities, and attacked military recruiting centers.

What now?

Perhaps someone can fill us in some more on this. The photos are dramatic. But: Who organized the protests? How many people were involved? Where did this happen?

A blog is not necessarily the place for extensive academic writing, but since we are historians, we could offer some context and analysis beyond a simple analogy.
